Invokana is good medicine for stabilizing and regulating the proper blood sugar levels of the body. It is marketed under the generic name Canagliflozin. It works by expanding the functions of the kidney in removing accumulated sugars in the human body. Aside from diabetes, Invokana is also administered in lowering the chances of individuals acquiring strokes and heart attacks. 

Besides Invokana, Canagliflozin is also available under the brand names Sulisent and Prominad.
