In using this medication, it becomes easier for individuals to breathe. It can be purchased under the generic name Formoterol and Mometasone. 

Dulera (Zenhale) Precautions and Warnings 

Note that Dulera is not considered a rescue medicine. If asthma attacks happen, you will need to use another medication to treat them. Dulera will not work fast to treat certain attacks. If it happens that your breathing difficulty becomes worse, you will probably need another form of medication to use for better treatment.
